On which delivery terms is cooperation possible for the supply of agricultural products?

We cooperate with producers on the following basis: EXW (re-registration based on warehouse documents at certified elevators), FCA (loaded on transport), and DAP (delivery by the supplier’s transport to the buyer’s terminal in Odesa). With the first intermediary, we operate only under the DAP delivery term.

What wheat class should be indicated in the transport documents if shipped from a farm warehouse without quality control by a certified laboratory at loading?

In transport documents should be indicated wheat class determined based on previous analyses. In case of a discrepancy between the class stated in the transport document and the one actually determined by the buyer’s laboratory, the responsible procurement manager for each transport vehicle will inform the supplier of the actual class and agree on unloading conditions.

Is it possible to conclude multi-contracts for wheat?

Yes, when fixing delivery conditions, we offer suppliers the opportunity to agree on prices for all wheat classes.
