BROOKLYN-KYIV Kicks Off the New Grain Season
The First Vessel with New Crop Wheat Heads to Egypt
BROOKLYN-KYIV has confidently launched the new 2025/2026 marketing season with the shipment of its first vessel carrying new crop milling wheat. On board the HIGHLAND-A — 13,700 metric tons of high-quality Ukrainian wheat, destined for one of the key export markets of Ukrainian grain — Egypt.
The shipment was carried out via our own BROOKLYN-KIEV terminal located in the Port of Odesa — a strategic export hub for the agribusiness of southern Ukraine. This voyage marks not only the beginning of a new season but also reaffirms our company’s commitment to ensuring the steady supply of Ukrainian grain to global markets.
“Despite all the challenges of wartime, we continue to reliably fulfill our commitments to partners. Our clients know that with BROOKLYN-KYIV, reliability is always a top priority,” — commented the company’s agri-trading department.
BROOKLYN TRADING, a part of the BROOKLYN-KYIV group of companies, continues to scale up its grain procurement and export operations. Future plans include expanding the geography of deliveries, signing new contracts, and further developing logistics infrastructure.
